Tony is a strategic, results-driven technology leader with over 30 years’ experience delivering transformative outcomes across sectors including financial services, professional services, education, media, and global corporates.
Operating confidently at board level, Tony bridges the gap between business goals and scalable technology strategy; leveraging data, AI, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms to deliver measurable impact. His leadership style combines deep technical understanding with commercial acumen, enabling clients to innovate while staying resilient and compliant.
He has held senior technology roles - both full-time and fractional - across a range of growth-focused and highly regulated organisations, including law firms, investment consultancies, and M&A-backed scaleups. His experience spans CTO and CISO-level advisory, digital due diligence, risk management, and post-acquisition technology integration.
Tony leads with a simple belief: strategy means nothing without ownership. And that’s exactly what he brings to every engagement.

Warwick is a Chartered Fellow of the British Computer Society and a Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, with more than three decades of experience as CIO, CTO, and IT Director.
He has led technology strategy and operational transformation across sectors including healthcare, finance, logistics, engineering, and AI. From building investment-ready platforms at fast-growing healthtech companies to delivering secure, air-gapped AI solutions for SMEs, Warwick’s focus is always on scalable architecture, measurable efficiency, and long-term value creation.
At Hydrock, he oversaw a transformation that supported the company’s growth from 300 to 1,000 employees, culminating in its acquisition by Stantec in 2025. At Medmin, he led the scale-up of a clinically regulated group experiencing 25% year-on-year growth; combining digital delivery with operational rigour.
Whether guiding due diligence, replatforming legacy systems, or driving innovation with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure, Warwick’s strength lies in connecting strategy with execution, and delivering results.

John is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in building and directing UK businesses. He brings a practical, delivery-focused approach to IT leadership, ensuring organisations gain clear strategy, reliable governance and measurable operational improvement. At Technic8, John leads our IT Manager as a Service offering, providing clients with senior-level oversight, hands-on management and the structured guidance needed to strengthen their technology foundations and support growth.
